Plates of Plenty Challenge

The Plates of Plenty Challenge is an awesome opportunity for local eateries to celebrate the amazing food we produce right here in the Bay. It’s also an easy way to be part of the Flavours of Plenty festival.

How does the Plates of Plenty Challenge work?

We’ll provide you with a box of Bay of Plenty-produced goodies
Based on what’s inside the box, you’ll create a dish that will be available during the festival dates (4 – 14 April 2024)
Your festival creation will be judged by an expert foodie panel for the Judge’s Choice Award
Your dish will also receive votes from the public for the People’s Choice Award
The winners for both awards will receive an awesome prize and naming rights as the award winners!
